- Your Operating Manual contains a multitude of information to help you with your unit, please refer to it for operating questions and instructions. We also suggest reading the Troubleshooting section of the manual.
- Controllers and scan heads with the same serial nos. were built to work together. Pairing components from different systems may cause measurement errors and profiling problems.
- If we determine that it is necessary for your unit to be sent back to our facility for evaluation and repair, we will provide a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number for your unit. For quality purposes, RMA numbers are only good for 30 days.
- For questions on warranty for units purchased within the last 12 months, please refer to the Warranty Information sheet.
