Your Operating Manual contains a multitude of information to help you with your unit; please refer to it for operating questions and instructions. We also suggest reading the Troubleshooting section of the manual, if one is available.

Controllers and scan heads with the same serial nos. were built to work together. Pairing components from different systems may cause measurement errors and profiling problems.

The more information you submit on the form below, the better able we will be to diagnose the problem and provide you with a solution; however, only your name, company, email and model number are required fields (the * denotes a required field).

If we determine that it is necessary for your unit to be sent back to our facility for evaluation and repair, we will provide a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number for your unit.
