The Model
UView is an integrated ultra-violet laser light monitor
designed to measure pulsed or CW sources in the UV
wavelength range from <157 to 390 nm. It is
the first UV array sensor to have a guaranteed
±3% spatial uniformity with a resolution of
60 µm including the sensor contributions.
The entrance aperture is 18 mm x 22 mm. The
UView also features a manual iris for light
level/intensity adjustment. It is designed for use with
the Photon Inc. BeamProfilerTM
laser beam profiler system, and can be used with other
RS170 compatible systems.
