FastTrack Calibration
- Faster turnaround time for system calibration is now available with our FastTrack program. When you call to obtain an RMA and ask for FastTrack, we give you an appointment time slot for your calibration, depending on when you plan to ship the system. You should provide Photon with an open purchase order for "not to exceed $2200" and written authorization to make any needed repairs. You will be charged only for the work that is done. This streamlined system guarantees that your system will be returned to you in the shortest possible time, usually 2-3 business days from the scheduled calibration.
